This retreat combines yoga with hiking, experiencing nature and creativity. After the morning yoga we go into nature and under guidance we create site-specific LandArt works with the materials we find in particularly appealing places. Swimming in the lake is possible.

LANDART AND YOGA IN CASTELLAR:
LandArt -Atelier:
The one-week Yoga-LandArt courses take place in the Natural Park of the Cork Oak Forests (Parque Natural de los Alcornocales) in the province of Cádiz, southern Andalusia.
The starting point is Castellar de la Frontera, a medieval castle village above a reservoir, embedded in evergreen forests and views of an uninhabited and exceptionally beautiful mountain world.
The nature park, with an area of 1700 square kilometers, has the world's largest contiguous cork oak forest. Since it was only cultivated extensively, its originality in terms of flora and fauna has been preserved. It is home to a great abundance of flora and fauna as well as some relic species from the Tertiary. Numerous rivers, streams and rock formations give the area a diverse landscape.
